New UHNW Office in San Francisco for UBS

San Francisco is the location of UBS’s newest private wealth management office aimed at clients with assets over $10 million. Since the start of 2007, UBS has opened five such dedicated offices across the US. The office is oriented around private wealth advisors, who have completed the firm’s internal accreditation programme; through these advisors, clients can access the expertise of specialists in, for example, trust and estate planning strategies, lending services, charitable giving, investment management, alternative investments and structured products. The new office will be managed by Wendi Eckardt, executive director reporting to Tony Tarrab, managing director and north west regional manager. “We are very pleased to open our latest Private Wealth Management office in San Francisco, our second office in California," said John Straus, head of Private Wealth Management and chairman of the Private Bank. "This office, combined with our other location in Los Angeles, will enable us to expand our ability to offer our ultra high net worth clients located on the West Coast a holistic approach to pursue their unique investment planning needs.”
